Mr. Wally is al 10 jaar een begrip in Breda en is ontstaan uit het brein van Victor van Zutven, de eigenaar van Mr. Wally Cut Shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

In een tijd waarin mannen vaak in de schaduw werden geplaatst in gemengde kapsalons, vond Victor dat de mannen van Breda recht hadden op een eigen plek. Een plek waar mannen weer zichzelf konden zijn en waar hun wensen en idee\u00ebn serieus werden genomen. Service en kwaliteit staan bij Mr. Wally op de eerste plaats, en dat is tot op de dag van vandaag onveranderd gebleven.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bij Mr. Wally gaan we verder dan alleen even het knippen van iemands haar. In een tijd waarin iedereen altijd haast lijkt te hebben, biedt Mr. Wally een oase van rust en tijd voor jezelf. Het is een plek waar jou haar en baard op dat moment het belangrijkste zijn. Naast het knippen streven wij er bij Mr. Wally ook naar om het juiste advies te geven over het gebruik van producten en hoe je het beste jou haar en\/of baard kunt stylen en verzorgen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sinds oktober 2023 is Mr. Wally een “two chairs” shop. Achter de stoelen staan nu Victor “o.w.b.a. Mr. Wally” van Zutven en Michael “o.w.b.a. Mr. Whiskers” Vermeeren, waardoor we nog beter in staat zijn om iedereen optimaal van dienst te zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Betreed de boeiende wereld van Victor van Zutven, het creatieve brein achter Mr. Wally \u2013 wat meer is dan slechts een barbershop, het is het levenswerk van Victor. Met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring in het kappersvak wist Victor al van jongs af aan dat hij het kappersvak in wilde. Onder het toeziend oog van zijn mentor, Tonny van der Water\u2020, groeide Victor van het vegen van haren en koffie serveren uit tot een gedreven herenkapper.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gewapend met een diploma uiterlijke verzorging van de L.H.N.O. in Uden en later zijn bediende- en vakbekwaamheidsdiploma van de Kappersdagschool in Eindhoven, verfijnde Victor zijn vakmanschap. Zijn reislust bracht hem naar diverse salons en barbershops, in binnen- en buitenland, maar het was in Breda waar hij zowel persoonlijk als professioneel zijn thuis vond.<\/span><\/p>\n

Op 1 januari 2014 opende Victor zijn deuren, eerst in het pand van kapper Cees Damen\u2020 en precies 4 jaar later verhuisde hij naar zijn huidige locatie, de Verbeetenstraat 11, waar de unieke stijl en het karakter van Victor tot uiting komen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Wally is niet zomaar een barbershop; het belichaamt Victor van Zutven, waar meesterschap samenvloeit met creativiteit. Victor, de visionaire herenkapper achter Mr. Wally, excelleert in klassieke en moderne kapsels, korte- en lange baarden, razor fades, specialist in hoofdhuid en haar problematiek, en de kunst van het ouderwetse scheren. Ontmoet Michael, de meester achter de schaar en het scheermes, met een creatieve geest die al vroeg ontwaakte. In een familie waar schilderen, knippen, timmeren en banketbakken als ambachten werden omarmd, werd Michaels liefde voor creativiteit van alle kanten gesteund. School en zelfs een opleiding vormgeving pasten niet bij hem, waardoor hij zijn eigen pad moest vinden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na een reeks baantjes en een gedenkwaardig “tussenjaar” ontdekte Michael zijn roeping: kapper worden. Als een ware ambachtsman zocht hij een leermeester en vond zijn mentor in de onnavolgbare Mr. Wally. In barbershops bloeide hij op, en zijn enthousiasme voor het vak groeide met elke vakkundige scheerbeurt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na jarenlange ervaring in verschillende barbershops, het deelnemen aan evenementen en andere boeiende bezigheden in de branche, keerde Michael terug naar waar het allemaal begon. Zijn avontuur gaat door, met als missie het verzorgen van stijlvolle kapsels en perfect getrimde baarden voor iedereen die zijn stoel bezoekt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stap binnen in de wereld van Michael, waar vakmanschap en creativiteit samenkomen. Als meester in Klassieke, Moderne en Creatieve kapsels, beheerst hij ook de kunst van korte baarden, Razor Fades, het gladscheren van het hoofd en de kin met de klassieke scheertechnieken.
